Suburb profile

Tonderburine is a residential smaller community in Gilgandra with a familiar suburban feel. Distance from the capital is noticeable, but the trade-off is space, calm and a community that knows its neighbours. Generous greenery runs through the area, from street trees to tucked-away reserves.

Long-term locals and family households define much of the community, with a strong presence of young families throughout. Local shops, markets and community spots keep everyday life grounded in the town itself. Green space is a real strength, with parks and playgrounds woven through the suburb.

Reasonable public transport access helps with commuting and getting around locally. Homes offer solid value for the lifestyle on offer.
