  • I purchased a 6m x 3m x 3m Absco Awning Kit (MODEL: AWN6030N2) from bunnings, it comes with all required materials and is colourbond monument. There is already concrete for the ground posts and I have a timber fascia for where it will attach to the house. I believe that given the smaller size of my development that I am possibly exempt from needing planning consent. Please advise if this is correct?
